Our Process

HOW WE GROW YOUR AMAZON BRAND IN 3 STEPS

01

Diagnose

We start by doing a full audit of your Amazon account. We look at your ads, listings, spend, and sales data to find exactly what is working, what is wasting money, and where the biggest opportunities are.

02

Stabilize & Build

We fix the problems first stop the wasted spend, clean up the campaigns, and optimise your listings. Then we build a proper strategy with the right structure, targeting, and budgets to start growing.

03

Learn & Compound

Every week we analyse the data, learn what is performing, and double down on what works. Over time your results get better and better as we compound the wins month after month.

Have Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

01. How is my account managed on a day-to-day basis?

Every account gets a dedicated manager who monitors performance daily, not weekly. We review bid adjustments, search term reports, and placement data each morning so we can act on shifts quickly rather than waiting for the weekly report cycle.

You will receive a structured weekly update covering KPIs, actions taken, planned changes, and a keyword ranking tracker for organic positions. For larger accounts, mid-week check-ins are standard.

02. Do you manage marketplaces outside the US?

Yes — we actively manage accounts across USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Spain and France. Each marketplace is treated independently, with region-specific keyword research, localised listing copy, and separate campaign structures.

Cross-marketplace performance is reported in a unified format so you always see the full picture across all regions.

03. What does onboarding look like and how long before we are live?

Onboarding typically takes 5 to 7 business days. During that window we audit your existing campaigns, pull historic search term and placement data, map your catalogue, and build a baseline strategy before touching a single bid. New campaigns go live only after the audit is complete — we do not optimise in the dark.

If you have no existing campaigns, we start with a structured launch architecture and scale spend as data comes in.

04. Do you handle listing content and catalogue operations too?

We manage the full brand operation, not just PPC. This includes listing copywriting and optimisation, A+ content strategy, inventory tracking and reorder planning, shipment plan setup, brand registry management, and customer service for select accounts.

PPC is most effective when the listing it sends traffic to is already conversion-ready. We treat both as part of the same job.

05. How do you handle account access and data security?

We access accounts via Amazon's official user permission system — you add us as a secondary user with the relevant permissions, and you can revoke access at any time. We never ask for your primary login credentials.

All shared data and reports are stored in encrypted, access-controlled environments. Nothing leaves our workflow without your awareness.

06. What kind of results can I realistically expect?

Results depend heavily on your starting position, category competition, and listing quality — so we do not quote universal numbers. What we target in every account is a consistent downward trend in TACoS, a positive ROAS trajectory, and sales velocity growth quarter over quarter.

For established accounts, meaningful TACoS improvement typically becomes visible within 60 to 90 days. For new product launches, the first 30 days are primarily about data collection and early ranking signals — profitability is a 90-day horizon goal, not a day-one expectation.

07. How do you measure profitability — do you account for COGS and fees?

Yes. We work from a P&L lens, not just an ACOS lens. Once you share your unit economics — landed cost, FBA fees, referral fee — we build a contribution margin baseline and set TACoS targets that protect real profit, not just surface-level ad efficiency.

An ACOS of 25% can mean very different things depending on your margins, and we track it accordingly. You will always know what your net profitability looks like, not just your ad spend ratio.

08. Can you guarantee a specific ROAS or revenue number?

No one operating honestly can guarantee specific ad metrics on Amazon — too many variables outside any manager's control, including algorithm shifts, competitor actions, review velocity, and seasonality. What we do guarantee is a structured, data-driven process with full transparency at every step.

We set realistic targets based on your category benchmarks and historical data, and we hold ourselves accountable to them in our weekly reports. If we are not on track, we flag it proactively and adjust — we do not wait for you to ask.

09. How much ad budget do I need to see meaningful results?

There is no universal minimum, but as a practical guide: below $500 per month makes data accumulation slow and limits testing significantly. Most accounts we manage operate between $1,500 and $15,000 per month in ad spend, and the strategy adapts to your actual budget rather than pushing for unnecessary scale.

We will be upfront during onboarding if we believe your current budget is insufficient to reach your stated goals — and we will propose a realistic ramp-up path if needed.

10. Do you use automation software, and does it depend on my brand's size?

Yes, and our tooling scales with your brand. Here is how we think about it:

  • Early-stage brands (under $20K/month revenue): Primarily manual management. At low data volumes, automation introduces noise more than signal. We use Helium 10 and Data Dive for keyword research and listing diagnostics, but bid and placement decisions are made by hand.
  • Growth-stage brands ($20K to $100K/month): We layer in rule-based automation via Amazon's native Campaign Manager alongside manual oversight. This tier also benefits from our custom analytics workbooks — keyword ranking trackers, TACoS dashboards — built in-house.
  • Established brands ($100K+/month): At this scale we integrate third-party platforms such as Perpetua or Pacvue for portfolio-level bid intelligence, dayparting, and budget pacing. We also use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for audience analysis and attribution. Manual review remains part of the workflow — automation handles repetition, not strategy.
11. What reporting tools do clients get access to?

Every client receives a structured weekly performance report and a live keyword ranking tracker. Larger accounts also receive a monthly P&L summary and a TACoS-by-ASIN breakdown. For brands we manage at full capacity, we build custom dashboards that pull directly from Seller Central data — no manual screenshots.

Reports are delivered in formats you can open and understand without additional software. We do not lock you into a platform that requires a separate login.

12. Do automation tools replace your manual oversight?

No — and this is an important distinction. Automation tools excel at execution speed and pattern detection at scale. They are poor at understanding context: a sudden ACOS spike might be a problem to fix or a deliberate push during a launch window. A tool cannot tell the difference; a manager can.

Our approach uses automation to handle repetitive bid adjustments and budget pacing, while all strategic decisions — campaign architecture, keyword prioritisation, spend allocation across ASINs — are made by the account manager and reviewed with you directly.
