By engaging Brandifyer Ads for any service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. SERVICES

Brandifyer Ads provides Amazon account management, PPC advertising, listing optimization, and related e-commerce services. All services are agreed upon in writing before work begins, and the scope is defined in your individual service contract.

2. CONTRACTS

All client engagements are governed by a signed service contract. Work will not commence until the contract has been reviewed and agreed upon by both parties. Any changes to the agreed scope must be requested in writing and may affect pricing and timelines.

3. PAYMENT

All service fees are due upfront before work begins. We do not offer credit or deferred payment. Invoices must be paid in full to activate your service. Failure to pay may result in delayed or cancelled onboarding.

4. REFUND POLICY

We are committed to delivering measurable results. If we do not achieve the expected outcomes as defined in your service contract, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 30 days of the service period ending. Refunds are not applicable where results were impacted by factors outside our control, such as account suspensions, inventory issues, or marketplace policy changes.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To deliver results, we require timely access to your Amazon Seller Central account, accurate product information, and prompt responses to our communications. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and outcomes, and will not qualify for refund consideration.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep all business information, account data, and strategies shared during the engagement strictly confidential. We will never share your account details or business data with third parties.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All strategies, documents, and content created by Brandifyer Ads remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of all deliverables transfers to the client.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Brandifyer Ads is not liable for losses resulting from Amazon policy changes, marketplace suspensions, or factors beyond our direct control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

9. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client terminates mid-contract without cause, the upfront payment is non-refundable. If Brandifyer Ads terminates the agreement, a prorated refund will be issued for work not yet completed.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate legal channels.
